- N00033-09-R-8005 Attachment B - Rate Table Solicitation N00033-09-R-8005 The Military Sealift Command (MSC) requires fuel oil and lubricant oil sampling materials and testing equipment to support the Command’s fuel oil and lube oil analysis and testing programs, to include the delivery of these products and services on a worldwide basis within specific time constraints defined by this contract. The Contractor shall provide products and services, on a worldwide basis, for MSC ships and any other Government-owned or Government-chartered ships designated by MSC. The following products requested under this solicitation are to be brand-name products: Kittiwake Oil Test Center, Kittiwake Unheated Viscometer, Kittiwake Main Control Unit, Kittiwake Water-in-Oil Test Cell, Kittiwake TBN Test Cell, Kittiwake Insoluble Test Cell, Kittiwake OTC Reagent Pack, Kittiwake Water-in-Oil Reagent Pack, Kittiwake TBN Reagent Pack, Kittiwake Insoluble Reagent Pack. MSC expects performance to begin around October 01, 2009. The solicitation is available on www.fedbizopps.gov and www.msc.navy.mil. When accessing the solicitation through the MSC website, click on Contracts, click on Requests for Proposal/Quotation, search by solicitation number N00033-09-R-8005, and follow the downloading instructions. All responsible sources shall submit a proposal which shall be considered by MSC.
