- This modification to the award notice changed the title only. The pre-solicitation is modified/amended to add the description of the project, change the response date to 10 Apr 09, and the set-aside to 8a competitive. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FA8101-05-D-0006. The contractor shall furnishe all Design/Engineering Services, plant, labor, equipment, instruments, materials, transportation, and incidentals required to enclose wash rack area. Enclosing the wash rack area shall include, but not limited to Horizontal Hot Water (H.H.W.), heating system, new fire sprinkler zone system, fire alarms, lighting and relocation of existing ducts.
