- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation FA4877-09-Q-0419 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32, Defense Circular Number 20090115, Air Force Acquisition Circular 2009-0318. This procurement is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 423120. 0001 - Heavy Duty/Rugged Winch Bumpers for 2009 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 4WD. C7 Baja color black hammer. No cutting or trimming required. Must include the following features: Grill/brush guard; Fully-enclosed winch area; Winch access cover door; Frenched light buckets; 2" Trailer receiver; OEM tow hook mounts; license plate bracket; powder coat finish; No welding or drilling to install. - Qty. 4 EA Shipping will be FOB Destination to 305 RQS/DOJ, 5020 East Arizola Street, Bldg 1631, Davis-Monthan AFB Tucson, AZ 85707.
