- RECOVERY ACT ACTION. THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER JULY 8, 2009, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This procurement will be issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423390 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 Employees. The National Park Service (NPS) has identifed a requirement, on a fixed price basis, to supply and deliver the following various contstruction materials: 1. 40 cubic yards of concrete, 6 sack mix with fiber, delivered by pumper trucks divided into 3 separate pours. 2. 100 cubic yards of D-1 spec. gravel delivered with concrete. 3. Approximately 12 hours of stand-by time expected, proposals shall include total cost of stand-by time at delivery location. Approximate date of delivery shall be on or about July 20, 2009. Place of Performance: Kenai Fjords National Park, Mile 5 Exit Glacier Road, Seward, Alaska 99664. Vendor must have registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to an award being made. Questions may be directed to Deryl Morse via phone 907/644-3313.
