- RECOVERY ACT ACTION. THIS IS ONLY THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. NO ACTION IS REQUESTED NOR REQUIRED. THE COMPLETE SOLICITATION INCLUDING ALL SPECIFICATIONS, PLANS AND DRAWINGS WILL BE POSTED ON OR AFTER JULY 8, 2009, SUBJECT TO CHANGE. This procurement will be issued as Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 423390 with a Small Business Size Standard of 100 Employees. The National Park Service (NPS) has identifed a requirement, on a fixed price basis, to fabricate, supply and deliver assorted galvanized roof truss brackets, bolts, washers, and related hardware for the National Park Service to construct a Pavilion. There is NO construction work required under this solicitation. Place of Performance: Kenai Fjords National Park, Mile 1.1 Old Exit Glacier Road, Seward, Alaska 99664.
