- RECOVERY: This notice is provided for information purposes only. This opportunity is available only to contractors under W912EK-09-R-0066. Scheduled site visit has been postponed to a later date. Exact date will be posted at a later time. The work consists of, but is not limited to, rehabilitating forty-three campsites and a service reoad entrance at the Saylorville Lake, Praire Flower Campground. Four option items consisting of a total of nineteen campsites will be separate bid items. The rehabilitation shall include all site demolition, preparation and work to include site grading, providing for proper drainage, adding fill material and/or removing soil or rock to level, compact, delineate, and construct formed and poured concrete campsites, concrete curbs and segmental block retaining walls. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications contained in the solicitation, and to the satisfaction of the Contracting Officer or his/her authorized representative. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE: Johnston, IA The estimated price range of the project is $100,000 - $500,000. The NAICS Code is 237990.
