- Description
- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Corps of Engineers is requesting to lease 5,000 s.f. or less of office and/or retail space for Armed Forces Career Center. The lease term is five (5) years, one (1) year firm. The Government shall have access to the space 24 hours per day, seven (7) days per week. The offered space must meet Government requirements for security, fire, and general safety and must comply with ADA accessibility. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Must pay for moving all furniture and equipment to include relocation and connection of communication equipment. More detailed information is available on request. Location: All offered properties must be located within the downtown business district.
