- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, California intends to modify Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00024-05-G-5131 to extend the ordering period for twelve months through 27 June 2009. This extension is required to ensure continued support of the AN/UYQ-70(V) program and prevent a significant risk to Navy Combat System Programs. DFAR 216-703 grants extensions for up to two years. Therefore, the current BOA will be extended for a period of two years, with no single extension exceeding one year. The contractor is Lockheed Martin Corporation, Maritime Systems & Sensors Tactical Systems. Support provided by the BOA includes design agent services, software support, in-service engineering, field services, upgrade kits, filed change kits, and system repair and refurbishment. The anticipated date for the modification is 26 June 2008. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
