- Synopsis Solicitation Number AG-04R3-S-09-0007 Response Date: July 13, 2009 Solicitation Issue Date: June 15, 2009 Set-Aside: 100% Small Business Concern Set-Aside NAICS: 541990 All Other Professional, Scientific, Technical Services; $7.0 million CULTURAL RESOURCE SURVEYS AND SITE EVALUATION ON THE UMATILLA NATIONAL FOREST The Contractor shall supply all labor and materials necessary (except those listed as "Government-Furnished Property") to complete: 1.)an intensive heritage resource survey of areas identified within the Umatilla National Forest; 2.)determination of eligibility for selected historic and/or prehistoric sites; 3.)complete archaeological site monitoring and/or assessments for selected prehistoric and/or historic sites; 4.)complete nominations for National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) for selected sites; 5.)conduct site testing and data recovery for the purposes of scientific information and/or mitigation measures. This work is being performed under authority of the National Environmental Policy Act and Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966, as amended. This is an indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity, commercial item, performance-based service contract spanning multiple years (5 years). Contract award will be based on the criteria stated under INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS – COMMERCIAL ITEMS in the Solicitation. A number of contracts will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The actual number of awards will be dependent on offers received and the best value analysis process, but the intent is to have a sufficient number of awardees to provide a pool for competition of task orders. An order will be placed with each contractor at time of award. Over the duration of the contract, individual task orders with actual quantities will be issued and competed. Estimated start work date is July 24, 2009. Solicitation issue date has changed to June 15, 2009.
