- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia intends to solicit on an "Unrestricted" basis the following: CLIN 0001-18 KVA Hard wired, 1PH Main Frame Uninterruptable Power Conditioning System (UPCS), Base Year QTY-7 Each,CLIN 0002-"P" Tower Type Deck Mount Battery Cabinet, Base Year QTY-7 Each, CLIN 0003-External 25 KVA Step Down Transformer, Base Year QTY 7 Each, and CLIN 0004 External MBB Type Maintenance By-Pass Switch, Base year QTY-7 each. Ordering for the Base year is 12 months. Three Options quantities will be established, for various quantities, for an ordering period of 12 months each. This requirement shall be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures pursuant to the Test Program for Certain Commercial Items IAW Subpart 13.5 of the FAR. The Government intends to make a single award to the "Low Price-Technically Acceptable" offeror. Request for Quotes will be available for download on or after 25 June 2009.
