- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER ROOFING MACC GROUP 39, N68711-05-D-4015 INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (MACC) FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION OF VARIOUS ROOFING SYSTEMS AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS WITHIN THE NAVFAC SOUTHWEST AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, AND NEVADA. This procurement is to provide roof repair and HVAC to Building 1108 in Area 11, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, CA. Source Selection procedures will be used with the intent to award a firm-fixed price construction task order to the responsible Offeror whose proposal, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), the lowest price technically acceptable proposal. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238160, and the annual size standard is $14.0 million. The estimated price range is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Government intends to evaluate proposals and award without discussions. Selection for award will be based on evaluation of the following: Factor 1- Schedule, Factor 2- Price.
