- EMC Hardware List This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Prices should be FOB Destination, Robins AFB GA 31098. In addition quote should include your CAGE Code, DUNS Number and Taxpayer ID Number. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST A FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. STATEMENT OF WORK : #1- The parts and software listed in the attachment are for the EMC equipment in use by the 78/SCOOB NAS administration team. The scope of this SOW is to cover parts maintenance/warranty for one year as dated. Detailed information concerning parts replacement can be obtained from EMC using the SO or Party number set forth herein. #2- The base maintenance period for each item shall start on 09/30/2009 and end on 9/29/2010; the option maintenance period for each item shall start on 09/30/2010 and end on 9/29/2011, unless otherwise sooner terminated in accordance with the governing maintenance agreement. Any changes to the commencement, duration or expiration of a maintenance period(s) or to a configuration stated herein this SOW requires the approval of 78/SCOOB NAS administration. #3- The maintenance or parts replacement work shall be accomplished under supervision of 78/SCOOB NAS administration. The work shall adhere to 78/SCOOB NAS administration standards. In the instance of a conflict in standards, the 78/SCOOB NAS administration standard shall supersede other standards. At contract completion, the contractor shall remove excess materials and trash as needed.
