- FISCN, Philadelphia intends to purchase one year repair ofvarious TV Studio Equipment. Quote is to include all costs except the cost for the parts needed to repair equipment. It is to include any shipping or picking up costs, from the government and back to the government,labor, etc. This will be a fixed monthly cost no matter the number of repairs and if no repairs are done for any one month.
