- Description
- The V A Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS), 7180 Highland Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Faber Burner Company to supply and install three (3) air compressor assemblies on our existing Faber Burner System. The compressor assemblies will supply atomizing air to the new atomizing oil guns. This job will also include all necessary gauges, tanks, valves, switches, etc.This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may submit an expression of their interest, accompanied by supporting documentation, no later than C.O.B. (Eastern) on Monday, June 15, 2009 to the Contracting Officer. Responses are to be sent by email to: William.Matelan@va.gov or by fax to 412-954-4058. Phone calls WILL NOT be accepted. Any information received will be used to determine whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
