- Feb Biz Notice-Tonto NF, Payson Ranger District, Mechanical Mulching F-Natural Resources and Conservation Services Subject- F-Mechanical Mulching Please read all information herein, no other information will be available until the solicitation is posted. The contractor shall provide any and all labor, equipment, supplies, services, permits, and licenses necessary to perform pre-commercial tree, brush and grass mulching with a mulching machine and machine mulch existing vegetation piles. Services will be performed on the Payson Ranger District of the Tonto National Forest. This is a Performance Based Service Contract (PBSC), Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. One contract will be awarded. Solicitation will be issued on or about JUNE 25, 2009 WITH PROPOSALS DUE ON OR ABOUT JULY 27, 2009. NAIC Code 115310 applies and the size standard is $17.5 million. This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE.. Contract is expected to have a base period from date of award through August 31, 2010 (base period) with the provision of (four) one year option periods.
