- Description
- A firm-fixed-price contract for a program of family support services in support of the Department of Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery. The services include group level briefings for pre- and post-deployment military and family, individual consultations, skill-building sessions for families, and multi-session family interventions. The services also include consultation to military staff, schools, family, and community on parenting and combating stress, traumatic grief, and other deployment-related stresses. Work is expected to be completed in Jun. 2010. This contract was a sole-source requirement in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(2), "Unusual and Compelling Urgency," as implemented by FAR 6.302-2.
