- This is a large purchase buy for NSN: 6115-01-476-8607. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available from the Government. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Current approved manufacturer is Engineered Electric Co (93742), PN: 692497. This solicitation opens on 06/29/09 and closes 07/28/09. This requirement is for a quantity of 239 each. The Government’s requested delivery time is 370 days. FOB and inspection/acceptance requested is Destination. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered.
