- THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE for a project / contract entitled INSTALL UTILITY SMART METERS for the Pennsylvania Air National Guard, 171 Air Refueling Wing, Coraopolis, PA which intends to issue a Full and Open REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) to award a single, firm fixed-price contract for non-personal services. The contract will consists of, but not limited to, the contractor providing ALL MATERIALS, TOOLS, FACILITIES, TRANSPORTATION, LABOR AND SUPERVISION NEEDED to Install Smart Meters. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) Code is 334519. Service completion time is anticipated to take approximate 90 days after award of contract to include final inspection. Full details will be available in the upcoming solicitation which will be available approximately Ten (10) calendar days from the date of this announcement from the Army Single Face to Industry ASFI & Federal Business Opportunities FBO //www.FedBizOpps.gov. Interested bidders must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR). CCR registration information can be accessed on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/. The solicitation and associated information will be available only from the above listed site(s). Bid Due Date shall be included in the solicitation.
