- GSA, FAS, Heartland Supply Operations Center intends to establish a Stock Requirements contract containing twenty National Stock Numbers. Solicitation 6FLS-N8-090405-N is issued on 6/11/09 for Federal Supply Class 5120 items including vises and various hand tools and sets. The period of this fixed price contract will be for two years with 3 one-year options with an Economic Price Adjustment beginning on 10/1/09, or date of award whichever is later, through 9/30/2011. None of the items are set-aside for small business concerns. See Item Purchase Descriptions/Schedule of Items for individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be FOB Destination and the number of days is stated in the solicitation (varies per item). Proposals will be evaluated based on best value with factors being: Past performance is more important than price. All offers are due to the address listed on page 4 of the solicitation (block 15) by 7/10/2009 at 2 pm Central time. Please refer to the solicitation for all applicable clauses and provisions. The solicitation is available on the Federal Business Opportunities website: http://fedbizopps.gov.
