- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE Regional Contracting Office's existing 8(a) ID/IQ Job Order Contract (JOC), W912CZ-08-D-0002. Contractor: CCI LLC, PO Box 35028, Fort Wainwright, AK 99703-0028. The Army Regional Contracting Office is seeking a proposal from the above contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials and equipment needed for the Repair/Replacement of the Roof of Bldg. 2107, Fort Wainwright, Alaska. Duration of the Task Order is no longer than one hundred eighty (180) days. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220, and the annual size standard is $33,500,000. The estimated price range of this requirement is between $100K and $500K. It is the Regional Contracting Office's intent to award a firm fixed-price Task Order to the above contractor. The Task Order will be awarded using PROGEN software currently in effect for the JOC contract. Davis-Bacon Wages presently in effect for the Fairbanks North Star Borough, Alaska, will prevail.
