- RFP HSTS02-09-R-CGO021 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is HSTS02-09-R-CGO021 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-32. This solicitation is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 611430, and small business size standard is $7.0 million. A firm-fixed price type contract is anticipated for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) has a requirement for support with the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of training for the Certified Cargo Screening Program (CCSP). See the attached RFP for details. Questions related to this synopsis/solicitation shall be received by TSA no later than June 25, 2009 by 10:00 AM EST. All questions shall be submitted via e-mail to Kerry Toscano at kerry.toscano@dhs.gov. TSA will not entertain phone calls. Proposals shall be submitted via e-mail to Kerry Toscano at kerry.toscano@dhs.gov no later than no later than July 9, 2009 by 10:00 AM EST.
