- VA Connecticut Healthcare Systems intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, 540 Litchfield Street, Torrington, CT 06790 to provide on site diagnostic imaging, phlebotomy and centrifuge services for VA's Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Located at 115 Spencer Street, Winsted, CT 06098. Services will be needed for VA patients who are seen at the CBOC and require these services. Services shall be provided at the contractor's facility and must be located at or adjacent to VA's CBOC. This procurement is under the authority of FAR 6.302. All responses received by June 15, 2009 will be considered by VA. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of VA.
