- Commercial Reps and Certs Terms and Conditions Request for Quote The U.S. Coast Guard has a requirement for the following repairable/replacement item: (1) NSN 5985-20-002-8940, Radome Antenna, Fleet 55, Qty 7 each, p/n 1184-F-5101. (2) NSN 5895-20-002-8941, Terminal Unit, Fleet 55, Qty 4 each, p/n 1184-A-5001. The manufacturer is EMS Technologies Canada LTD, 400 Maple Grove Road, Ottawa, Ontario Canada K2V 1B8 and the Coast Guard ELC intends on obtaining pricing directly from EMS Technologies Canada LTD. or any of their authorized repair facilities. NOTE: NO DRAWINGS, SPECIFICATIONS OR SCHEMATIC ARE AVAILABLE FROM THIS AGENCY!! Quotations shall include, price for line item, proposed delivery in days (after receipt of order), your company Tax ID number and DUNS Number. Pricing shall include INDIVIDUAL PACKAGING in accordance with ASTM D 3951 and marking and bar coding shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-129. Delivery shall be FOB Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Receiving Room Bldg. 88, Baltimore, MD 21226.
