- B-52 Training Systems Industry Day # 2 Classified Tours The B-52 Training Systems would like to invite interested industry to attend a follow on Industry Day to provide updates to the acquisition strategy, acquisition timeline and classified tours of the WST, COMM PTT and T4. 1. Contractors need to send visit requests for all personnel attending Industry Day # 2 tours. (Limit 3 per contractor). VISIT REQUEST MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS 17 JUNE 09. a. Visit request must contain: 1. Name of each individual attending 2. Social Security number for each attendee 3. Security Clearance/investigation type and expiration date for each attendee 4. Duration of the visit 5. Reason for the visit 6. Company's Security Manager's (or equivalent) signature 7. Send visit requests to Det 3 29 TSS, with info copy to the B-52 Training System Program Office at Ogden. 8. One CD per company b. Does not include aircraft Technical Orders or certain hard copy drawings 4. Hard Copy Bidders Library contents. a. B-52 Aircraft Tech Orders i. Contractors may take notes but no copies allowed. b. All items listed on the CD Excel Spreadsheet as "Hard Copy" 5. Contractors must schedule visits to the Bidders' Library through Det 3 29 TSS. a. Additional visits may be scheduled from 20 July through 14 August 6. No government provided copy equipment or supplies will be provided. a. Contractors may bring 1 computer (laptop or pc), 1 scanner or 1 copy machine to use during their scheduled viewing session b. All contractor owned equipment must be removed at the end of the session
