- The Western New York Healthcare System has a requirement to perform Electrical Distribution System Testing and Repairs. The CONTRACTOR shall supply all supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals required to complete the work outlined in the statement of work section unless specified otherwise. The work under the project Inspection and Testing of the Electrical Power Distribution System is located at the Buffalo VA Medical Center, 3495 Bailey Ave., Buffalo NY 14215. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for Small Business concerns. Offers from other than small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Please pay particular attention to the evaluation section of this solicitation. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 6/11/2009 at FedBizOps.gov. All questions concerning this project must be in writing and no phone calls will be excepted, please contact Jonathan Aikin, Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: jonathan.aikin@va.gov. Bids are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on 7/13/2009 at 130 Lebrun Rd. Building 3, second floor, VA Medical Center Buffalo, NY 14215. NAICS: 238210 apply. Size Standard: $14.0 million. PROJECT COST RANGE: $50,000.00. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid meeting and walk through on June 16, 2009, at 1:30 p.m. local time, meeting at the Buffalo VA Medical Center loading docks located behind the Medical Center. Please be aware that parking is very limited at the Medical Center so please give yourself time to park. No other walk thru will be scheduled.
