- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N62786-09-T-0006 applies. Fax or e-mail quotes are authorized and shall be received no later than close of business on 19 June 2009. E-mail address for submission is birdjm@supship.navy.mil and fax number for submissions is 207-442-3268. The RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-24. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 424320 and the business size standard is 100 employees. This will be a firm fixed price order and will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The following information is the detailed specification for this order: CLIN 0001: 47 each Helmet, Phone Talker. NSN 8470-01-127-7337; MIL-H-24616CLIN 0002: 47 each Helmet, Phone Talker. NSN 8470-01-127-7337; MIL-H-24616 Delivery shall be made to Bath Iron Works Consolidated Warehouse, West Bath, Maine 04530 by 30 Sept. 09. Final Acceptance will be FOB Destination. Vendor must provide Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Code, DUNS number and TAX ID #. To be eligible for award, vendor must be properly registered in the Central Contractor Registry at www.ccr.gov.
