- The Department of Clinical Research Informatics (DCRI) of the Clinical Center at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda is in of a contractor that will design, integrate, test and certify and upgrade audio visual system capable of video conferencing, local media presentation, and recording in the Duke Conference room in Building 10 of NIH. THIS ANNOUCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION AND A SEPARATE SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This a combined Synopsis for Commercial Services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This solicitation 161068 includes all provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-29-Amendment 1. The associates North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238210. In addition, North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 334310 can also satisfy the requirement. The detailed Performance Work Statement requirements can be found in Attachment No. 1 to this synopsis. Please refer to the following attachments in preparing your proposal responding to this solicitation. Attachment No. 1: Performance Work Statement Attachment No. 2: Section B-Description of Supplies/Services and Prices/Cost. This attachment must be completed with your pricing and submitted along with technical/business proposals. Attachment No. 3: Proposal Preparation Instructions.
