- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Sub Part 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number F3H1E19140A001 is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-05. The NAICS Code is 336413; the NAICS size standard is 1000 people. 55 CONS intends to issue a firm fixed priced purchase order for delivery by issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the following items: Line Items: 1. ENG Headset with Custome Battery Pack (Part # 40941G-01) or equal: 235 EACH 2. Headset H10-76 (Part # 12510G-21) or equal: 15 EACH All quotes should be received NLT Thursday, 02 July 2009, at 2:00 pm (cst), and sent electronically via e-mail, if possible, to bianca.ramirez@offutt.af.mil or faxed to (402) 294-7280. All potential bidders are reminded, in accordance with DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contract Registration, that lack of registration in the CCR database BY Thursday, 02 July 2009, at 2:00 pm (cst) will make a offeror ineligible for award. Also, the contractor must have the NAICS code listed in this solicitation on their CCR Registration. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote.
