- The U.S. Bureau of Reclamation is issuing a solicitation (negotiated) as a replacement for solicitation 09SP408289. The purpose of this solicitation is to request proposals for the purchase of Machine Monitors for three Power Plants. The contractor shall furnish machine monitors for five vertical-shaft hydroelectric generators located in the following Power Plants; Blue Mesa, Morrow Point and Crystal Power plant. The machine monitors shall be designed and listed by the manufacturer for use with hydro-electric machinery. The machine monitors may be individual units for each generator, or may be monitors capable of providing monitoring for two or more hydro-electric generators. The work will be performed under NAICS Code 334519. The contract will be firm-fixed price. Approximate date of solicitation issuance is June 25, 2009. Prospective vendors must register in CCR prior to the award of a contract.
