- See attached solicitation document. Award will be made to the Offeror that meets the solicitation's minimum criteria for technical acceptability. FISC San Diego intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302 to Marine Services, 609 Anita Street, Chula Vista, CA 91911 - The only NAVSEA approved Maintenance Center in the Southwest Region. The Government has a need to procure maintenance of Divers Life Support Systems (DLSS). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. See Note 22. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. All documents should be submitted to Amador Rey Estrada, Contract Specialist, Fleet Industrial Supply Center San Diego at amador.estrada@navy.mil, under referenced solicitation N00244-09-T-0425 in the subject line no later than 3:00pm PST on June 18, 2009.
