- Sources Sought Information Request - PDF Sources Sought Information Request - Word This is a SOURCES SOUGHT posting for the Aviation Classification and Repair Activity Depot (AVCRAD) Phase I facility in Fresno, CA. The purpose of this posting is to conduct market research for interest in the project. This is not the solicitation - plans and specifications are not available for review. The facility is a long-span steel-framed structure with concrete spread footing foundations. The building façade consists of split-faced CMU with punched windows and pre-formed insulated metal panel walls and SBS roofing. The hangar doors have field-assembled metal and polycarbonate panels. Construction includes but not limited to interior finishes for support areas, forced-air mechanical (ventilation and condition) system, chillers, automatic sprinkler fire protection suppression and detection systems, AFFF system, interior electrical distribution and lighting systems and communication systems. Site improvement includes equipment yard, fire pump house, parking lot and access road ways. Site utilities include, but are not limited to, water, sanitary and storm sewers, natural gas, primary electrical and communication systems, and lift stations. There are bid option items included in the package that includes and Admin wing, concrete slabs, additional site improvement, cranes, etc. Magnitude of construction: over $10,000,000.
