- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Contracting and General Services Office in Portland, Oregon has a requirement for the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuge Complex, to have a contractor Supply, Deliver and Spread 2,040 tons of 3 inch minus commercial gravel along the 1.2 miles of the north south section of admin road (Road 24). Contractor shall also Supply, Deliver and Spread 2,040 tons of 1 inch minus commercial gravel over the top of the 3 inch minus commercial gravel, along the 1.2 miles of the north south section of road 24. In addition, contractor shall Supply, Deliver and Spread 2,720 tons of 1 inch minus commercial gravel along the 1.6 miles of the east west section of road 24. All work to be performed shall be at the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge in Tulelake, California-Siskiyou County. Basis for award will be Lowest Price Quote. Pricing shall be f.o.b. destination to the Lower Klamath National Wildlife Refuge, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Tulelake, California. Supply, Deliver, and Spread of gravel shall begin (approximate) July/August 2009. Solicitation no. 80181QR264 to include all attachments will be made available by June 25, 2009 (approximate) and will only be available electronically through a link to the National Business Center Interior Electronic Acquisition System-Electronic Commerce at www.fedbizopps.gov or www.nbc.gov. The solicitation response date (which has not currently been determined) will be at 3:00 PM (PDT). No further notice will be posted on FedBizOpps. Interested contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration www.ccr.gov (CCR) and complete Online Representations and Certifications (ORCA) www.bpn.gov. Period of performance is 30 calendar days (approximate) from the award date on the purchase order. NOTE: This solicitation will be 100% set-aside (restricted competition) for Small Business concerns. Quotes will only be accepted by qualified contractors.
