- The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), intends to award a sole source contract to Haver Analytics, Inc for Data Link Express services. This award is based on the company’s unique ability to supply a comprehensive historical macroeconomic database system that is updated daily and can reside on a desktop. This database system has designed software that integrates as an add-on into Excel, Lotus and Access. Time sensitive data is available within minutes of their official release and can be immediately integrated with existing data. This is not a request for proposals. Interested parties should identify their interest and capability to respond by 2:00pm, 17 June 2009. This contract is for a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods with an anticipated award date of 1 July 2009.
