- AMENDMENT 0002 The purpose of this amendment 0002 to solicitation W25G1V-09-R-0021, is to answer offerors questions, to provide additional information on the molding application requirements, and to extend the response date of the solicitation. 1) Offerors questions received with the Government Responses: Q1) Question: Could clarification be provided on the requirement in solicitation paragraph 3.3.2.5 (Programming), proportional pressure control, speed control, and position control for the clamp circuit of the press? A1) Answer: Pressure control, speed control and position control for the clamp circuit of the press is required to prevent damage to molds. 2) Reference solicitation paragraph 2. Application. ADD: The presses must be capable of compression molding. Q1) Question: Will the presses also be used for compression molding? A1) Answer: Reference solicitation paragraph 2. Application, per this amendment paragraph 2. 3) RESPONSE DATE IS CHANGED FROM 4:00 PM LOCAL JUNE 16, 2009 TO: 4:00 PM LOCAL JUNE 18, 2009. All OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME.
