THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W58RGZ-09-R-0495. ****ATTENTION**** FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO: Teresa Cosby. You may FAX or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-CH-A (Bldg 5678), Rita Goncalves, 256-876-9298. Fax Number 256-876-9066. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The Government proposed to procure for logistic support for new equipment fielding and initial unit New Equipment Training (NET) for units receiving the CH-47F weapons system. Provide the necessary maintenance, modification, scheduling and logistics support during unit training and fielding for both Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS). Prepare aircraft, designated OCONUS, to meet established criteria for service vessel shipment at the Port of Debarkation (POD). Assemble and prepare for flight to the training unit at the Port of Embarkation (POE). This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE Code 77272. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can provide the required services described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
