- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command at White Sands Missile Range, NM intends to award a contract under FAR 6.302-1 to L-3 Communications, 2700 Merced Street, San Leandro, CA 94577-5602. We have a requirement for Reltron spare parts, as listed on the attachment to this notice. These parts are critical spares for a custom, one-of-a-kind system. Only the original equipment manufacturer can provide these parts. Anyone able to provide all the parts in the quantities specified respond to bonnie.kerns@us.army.mil by 11 June 2009 at 1:00 p.m. M.D.T.
