- THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of interest for this requirement. This is a sources sought notice indicating the Governments intent to conduct Market Research for pre-fabricated guard towers that meets NIJ Level III force protection requirements within the Kingdom of Bahrain. No proposals are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. In general terms the pre-fabricated towers must be fortified guard posts with 360-degree range of vision, with rapid opening window slits allow for quick reaction. Towers will be completed with a steel framework, substructure, electrical wiring, and cabin. The vendor must be able to install the towers, to include, minimum gravel pad preparation, utilities final electrical hookup. When responding to this notice, please provide the following: 1. Verification of your ability to supply the required tower type, with any available features or options. 2. Verification that buildings are pre-fabricated. 3. Verification from the vendor on delivery and installation time. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a response to this notice with a statement of interest on company letterhead no later than June 18, 2009 by 1600 hours (GMT+03:00) Kuwait, Riyadh.
