- The Regional Contracting Office, Northern Capital Region (RCO-NCR), Marine Corps Base, Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the procurement of Defensive Driving Course for the Marine Corps Training and Advisory Group (MCTAG) training programs, exercises and events. Solicitation will be posted within the next several days. The period of performance will be specified in the solicitation. Quantity and specifications will be specified in the solicitation. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. All terms and conditions will be included in the solicitation. A closing date for receipt of proposals will be reflected in the solicitation.
