- Clauses and Provisions 4th Quarter Food List 4th Quarter Cover Letter SF1449 The Metropolitan Detention Center located at Los Angeles, California intends to issue solicitation # RFQ-60605-0008-09 for our 4th Quarter Subsistence requirements. The solicitation shall be designated as a small business set aside, and will allow offers from all SBA designated small business classifications. Deliveries under any awarded order shall be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center at 535 North Alameda Street, Los Angeles California 90012. The government shall award to the responsible Offeror(s) which conforms to the issued solicitation, and that is the most advantageous to the government. The solicitation's availability to an interested Offeror is expected to be on or after June 22, 2009, and will be distributed exclusively through the Federal Business Opportunities web site http:// www.fbo.gov. A hard copy of the solicitation will not be available for the acquisition. This site provides downloading instructions to the Offeror. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties shall be responsible for the monitoring of this site, to insure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The Detention Center's anticipated date of receipt for quotations shall be on or near the date of June 29, 2009. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
