- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO Cascade Design Professionals of Milwaukie Oregon UNDER THE USFWS REGION 1 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinte Quantity (IDIQ) Contract 101819D230. This is not a solicitation. The USFWS has a requirement to complete the design for safety and code deficiencies and provide construction management services for the seismic upgrade and safety and code improvements at the Quilcene National Fish Hatchery in Quilcene Washington. IDIQ contract was previously awarded under A/E procedures following the Brooks Act and source selection under this requirement is a considered a competitive requirement following these source selection guidelines. The IDIQ Task Order is firm fixed price. The NAICS code is 541310; size standard $4.5 million. PROJECT INFORMATION: Complete the design for safety and code deficiences and provide construction management services for the seismic upgrade and safety and code improvements at the Quilcene National Fish Hatchery in Quilcene Washington.
