- Description
- The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to inform potential offerors that a solicitation for the lodging and related expenses for the 2010 National Analyst Conference for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency will be posted to FedBizOps on or about June 16, 2009. This procurement will be solicited on an unrestricted basis. The following four locations are being considered for this procurement: New Orleans, LA, Orlando, FL, San Antonio, TX, and St. Louis, MO. Once the solicitation is posted, All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. Offerors shall prepare their quotes in accordance with mandatory, explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the evaluation criteria stated in the RFQ. All questions regarding the RFQ and/or the solicitation package may be submitted in writing to psb3@bpd.treas.gov. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for solicitation and all amendments/revisions and to check the FEDBIZOPPS site prior to submission of quote. Interested offerors may register at http://www.fedbizopps.gov to receive notification when the solicitation and any amendments are issued and available for downloading. Please note that the General Services Administration provides the notification service as a convenience and does not guarantee that notifications will be received by all persons on the mailing list. Therefore, we recommend that you monitor the FedBizOpps site for all information relevant to desired acquisitions. If the Internet option is not available to you, you may receive a hard copy of the solicitation and any amendments (via U.S. Mail) by faxing your request to (304) 480-7203 or e-mailing your request to procurement@bpd.treas.gov.
