- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W9132T-09-T-0082. USACE, Engineering Research and Development Center (ERDC) requires three Liberty Data Acquisition Systems, to include 4-slot mainframe (PN 986A0144) The delivery date will be no later than 4 weeks after award to Champaign, Illinois. The Contracts Office intends to negotiate a sole source, firm fixed-price purchase order to LDS Test and Measurement under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for W9132T-09-T-0082 will be issued on or about 25 June 2009 with a closing date on or about 30 June 2009. Requests for copies of the solicitation shall be made in writing addressed to: ERDC Contracting Office, Champaign Branch, Attn: Lisa Trusler, PO Box 9005, Champaign IL 61868-9005. Requests may also be submitted via facsimile at (217) 373-6773 or e-mail to lisa.a.trusler@usace.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted.
