- NSN 4235-01-334-3304, Sorbent, Oil, Unit 150 ft long x 30 in wide roll. Approved Source: Spilltech Environmental Inc., CAGE 1VNK5, P/N WRX150H. Solicitation will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base and four option years. This solicitation is unrestricted. Shipment locations are Tracy, CA and New Cumberland, PA. FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The estimated solicitation issue date is 23 June 2009 and the estimated closing date is 14 July 2009.
