- Description
- The National Park Service has a requirement for a company to prepare Part 1 of a Cultural Landscape Report (CLR) for 124 acers in the National Park unit at Totopotomoy Creek, approximately 13 miles northeast of Richmond, VA. The completed document is expected to fully investigate the site's physical history, to document the site's existing conditions and to analyze the site's landscape characteristics with respect to National Register qualities. A Request For Quotation (Q4800090304) containing the specifications will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior (DOI), National Business Center, (NBC) web site at http://ideasec.nbc.gov on or around June 26, 2009. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available and telephone and faxed requests will not be accepted. The NAICS for this project is 541720. A firm fixed contract will be awarded. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered if submitted in a timely manner.
