- AMENDMENT IS TO UPDATE PROJECT SUMMARY: This requirement is for the contractor to provide all material, labor, and equipment to renovate various features of the Protestant Chapel, Building 118, located at the VA Medical Center, 4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428, in accordance with the specifications and drawings. Work includes but is not limited to, replacement of the existing roof system, repairs to deteriorated stone masonry exterior, installation of mid-span bracing in the existing basement bearing walls, and a small amount of interior asbestos abatement. THIS AMENDMENT ALSO CORRECTS HEADERS IN SOLICITATION DOCUMENT TO VA250-09-IB-0193. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS REMAIN THE SAME. AWARD IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
