- The US Army CECOM Contracting Command Washington intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ADA Core Technologies, Inc., New York, NY 10011-6901, a firm fixed price purchase order for a twelve (12) month subscription period for a. Part #T100:Ada /X86LNX GNAT Pro native environment to develop Ada software (including Ada 2005) for x86 GNU Linux (32 bits) and support. Quantity of one (1). b. T15:Ada/X86WIN GNAT Pro native environment to develop Ada software (including Ada 2005) for x86 Windows (32 bits). Quantity of one (1). The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1); Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy Agency requirements. Nevertheless, all responsible sources that provide supporting data to demonstrate they can successfully provide the required software subscription may submit a quote to be considered. All responses should be received via email within 10 calendar days of the date of this notice. Delivery will be FOB Destination: US Army, CECOM LCMC, SEC FSED, Operations Infrastructure: Network and Appls, Bldg 461, Rm 214, Fort Sill, OK 73503-5000, ATTN: Stanley Grimes. The software subscription shall be delivered within five (5) days from award date. The anticipated award date is 20 days from the date of this notice. Award will be made IAW Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration in accordance with FAR 52.204-7 and DFARS 252.204-7004. In additional, all offerors must complete the Certifications and Representations as set forth in FAR 52.212-3. This can be accomplished through the following website: https://orca.bpn.gov. A written solicitation will not be issued. All requests for information must be made in writing or e-mail to Susie Shupe, Procurement Technician, at susie.shupe@conus.army.mil or Danny W. Lester, Contracting Officer, at danny.lester@conus.army.mil. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
