- THIS IS A PRESOLICITATION NOTICE. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - The VISN 19 Rocky Mountain Network Contracting Center 4100 E. Mississippi Ave, Ste 1110, Glendale CO plans to solicit a contract for Patient Care Attendant service for the Cheyenne VA medical center in Cheyenne WY. Under this contract, the contractor will provide Patient Care Attendant Service, otherwise known as "sitter service". Patient Care Attendant Service involves one to one direct observation of patients deemed to require this type of nonmedical care. As such, this service can be performed with little training and no medical/nursing expertise. This solicitation is 100% set aside for Service Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The applicable NAICS code is 561320 with a small business standard of $13.5M. The period of performance will be one basic year plus four (4) one-year pre-priced options for renewal. The following technical factors will be used to evaluate all offers/proposals: technical capability, past performance and price. The solicitation package should be available for download on or about 14 July 2009. No hard copies of the solicitation will be provided. All documents will be available on the FedBizOpps website. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the VISN 19 Office.
