- This solicitation is for commercial item services. The work consists of orchard recycling and land clearing. Project sites are located in the Eugene and Salem Districts, Oregon. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.fedconnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available. Estimated issue date is June 25, 2009.
