- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (EOD Response and Operation Course Training Aids) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-09-Q-0098 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32. This is an unrestricted purchase. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334511. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 3812. The small business size standards are 750 EMP. The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 1385. This solicitation is for the procurement of EROC Training Aids. Brand Name Only/No Substitues.
