- This solicitation is being issued as unrestricted for Iced Seafood Display Bins to be delivered to Defense Commissary Agency commissary stores in the continental United States and overseas. A requirements-type contract with a base and one option year will be used. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about June 17, 2009 and will close approximately July 6, 2009.
